1. Introduction

Welcome to Air Force Tools. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and secure your data when you visit our website or use our secure cloud profile saving features.

2. Information Collection

Personal Profile Data: Creating an account is optional and is not required to access our core calculators. We use Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in and email/password accounts. Account information can include your email address, account identifier, display name, and profile photo, where provided. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication.

Saved Calculator Progress: If logged in, you can voluntarily choose to save your fitness or cognitive practice scores to our secure cloud database (Google Firestore) for visual progress tracking.

WAPS Study Progress: Public study guides and the sample quiz do not require an account. When you use signed-in study features, we save your selected answers, confidence ratings, review schedules, section completion, private notes, bookmarks, study preferences, and practice sessions in Cloudflare D1 under your Firebase account identifier. This enables progress tracking and resuming across devices. These study records are private to your account and are not published on a leaderboard. You can export them or reset a promotion track in the Study Center. Deleting your account also removes your study records and question reports.

Usage Metrics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services can collect page views, interactions, browser and device information, online identifiers, and network information such as IP addresses. Clarity can collect session recordings and interaction data. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details about their processing.

3. Local Storage

Our calculators (PT Test, WAPS, PCS) use your browser's Local Storage to save your inputs. This allows you to return to the site without losing your data.

• This data is stored only on your device.
• We do not transmit this data to our servers or any third parties.
• You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache or using the "Reset" buttons in the calculators.

4. Cookies and Advertising

We use Google AdSense to support this site. Third-party vendors, including Google and its advertising partners, may place and read cookies in your browser and use web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other online identifiers to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising based on prior visits to this site or other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
• Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
• Other advertising partners may also use cookies. Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page for choices offered by participating companies. These choices are browser-specific and do not remove all advertising.

5. Contact Messages and Affiliate Links

If you submit our contact form, your name, email address, subject, and message are sent through Web3Forms so we can receive and respond to your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in messages or study notes.
