About the 2026 USAF PT Test Standards
Calculate your score for the new US Air Force (USAF) Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) standards, officially rolling out in 2026. This tool is designed to help Airmen and Guardians project their scores based on the updated test components, most notably the shift to a 2-mile run for the cardiovascular assessment.
Beyond the 2-mile run, you can calculate scores for all other components: HAMR shuttle run, 1-minute push-ups, 2-minute hand-release push-ups, 1-minute sit-ups, 2-minute cross-leg reverse crunches, and the forearm plank. The calculator also incorporates the Waist-to-Height Ratio (WHtR) for the body composition assessment.
For more information on the upcoming changes, you can read the official announcement from the Air Force regarding the updated physical fitness program.
